Inapp purchase problems

The game is good and fun. But please be very carefull on inapp purchases. I had problems when I want to buy 500 gold but they have taken the money but 500 gold wasnt loaded to my profile. I have contacted with Joycity hq bıt they havent replied yet. Fortunately apple hq helped me and refund my payment back...
